Don't you just hate it when
there is a catch? We are car owners, users and buyers who are no different
to you; we don't like small print, so here's the blunt facts:
- We do not guarantee the
free information provided - if it's wrong, we apologise. It is not
in our interest to supply you with incorrect data - it is the last thing
we wish to do. We get our data from the same source as other information
suppliers.
- It usually takes no more
than 2 days from the report of a vehicle theft and the stolen marker being
placed on the PNC for the data to reach public registers such as ours.
Only the police and DVLA can do 'real time'. We try our best and are
always looking for ways to improve. The good news - we're free,
return to us and check as often as you like.
- Remember - you are only
checking on the mark you can see - the vehicle may have a false identity.
